Marwood Properties Limited was founded in 1967 by Mr. Max Borinsky, former founder of Monarch Fine Foods. Mr. Borinsky recognized great opportunity for growth within the Industrial Commercial Property Management field. He subsequently started a new venture outside the food industry where he had already made a strong name for himself. Max's insights proved to be very favorable and still continue to be an invaluable asset for Marwood Properties. His pioneering helped to shape the property management industry as well as supporting business in the greater Toronto area.
